Delivery

  • We deliver anywhere in Pakistan, usually in 3 to 5 working days.
  • Free delivery all over Pakistan.
  • Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the rider in cash when your bag arrives.
  • We call you to confirm your order before it’s sent. If we can’t reach you, we’ll try again before cancelling.
  • Once your order ships, you can follow it on the tracking page.

Exchanges and returns

  • You can ask for an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
  • The bag must be unused, with its charm, tags and packaging.
  • Check your bag when it arrives. If it’s damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll replace it at no cost.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the delivery fee isn’t refundable.
